Job Title: Underwriting Supervisor Location: TX - Dallas/Irving What you'll do: As an Underwriting Supervisor you'll be responsible for the leadership and management of a team of underwriters to achieve the Company’s production and quality goals. The ideal candidate must possess extensive conventional, government and jumbo lending experience with an in-depth knowledge of mortgage processes. In addition, you'll manage the day-to-day as a hands on manager, prioritizing of assignments, and the ability to work with a large team of staff members. You'll be expected to understand the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules, regulatory and compliance regulations. - Manage underwriters to ensure mortgage loans are underwritten following proper guidelines. Ensure team members are fully trained and current on company’s philosophy and policies/procedures. - Manage and review day-to-day tasks escalated by team.
