Lead System & Electronics Engineer Wearable Airbag ECU

Job description

MISSION Own the system and electronics engineering of a wearable airbag vest ECU, from architecture definition through industrialization and manufacturing release. The role combines system engineering ownership and electronics design leadership for an existing product platform that will evolve across multiple generations, with increased functionality, connectivity, and performance. The objective is to deliver safe, robust, manufacturable, and evolvable ECU solutions that meet functional, safety, cost, quality, and planning requirements for a critical safety application. The role acts as the technical reference, working closely with the Project Manager, hardware and software teams, industrialization, suppliers, and validation teams. In addition, the System lead will be the main technical contact for the Product teams and will work on the integration with them. The team is located in France & Sweden mainly.
