Seven Hills NeuroCare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residence Director I to oversee residential supports and daily operations for individuals we serve. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, strong staff leadership, and full implementation of each participant’s Individual Support Plan (ISP). As a Residence Director, you’ll lead with purpose—balancing operational oversight, clinical coordination, and people-centered leadership to create a safe, respectful, and empowering home environment.
