Job Description Summary GE HealthCare is undergoing a LEAN transformation to make it a simpler, faster and even more customer centric organization. The LEAN transformation will accelerate performance improvement and strengthen capabilities to deliver on its strategic priorities. LEAN is how we deliver for our people, patients, and consumers. The LEAN Expert role based at the Oslo site will be part of the team responsible for the design and execution of the LEAN transformation roadmap for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Integrated Supply Chain Business Unit reporting to the site Lean Leader. The LEAN team is responsible for developing and deploying the LEAN behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the network and specifically the Oslo site to drive tangible business value. This role is critical to driving the Cultural Change required to move GEHC PDx to a true LEAN organization. The role requires hands-on experience applying Lean/driving results through continuous improvement and will be a contributing leader to the overall success of the program.
