About this role The Director, Solutions will be responsible for planning and executing Transcarent solution initiatives. This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience. This leader will recognize market needs and work to identify how solutions can be adapted or expanded to further Transcarent’s mission. This role is critical in bridging strategic and operational expertise to improve Transcarent solutions and experiences. A day in the life…: - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute and improve solution initiatives - Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives impacting the Transcarent experience - Troubleshoot operational issues and problem solve independently and efficiently - Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendors and stakeholders - Develop presentation materials on solution specific concepts - Partner with other sales leaders to create and implement strategic marketing - Collaborate with external and cross-functional partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution initia...
