Qualification Requirements Job Qualifications: preferred and special events as the schedule demands to provide 24-hour coverage. - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Must successfully pass a background check. - Must obtain and maintain New York State Security Guard Registration4. Valid driver license - Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime - Voluntary option to obtain and maintain FDNY Certificate Physical Requirements: The position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions; Tasks require manual dexterity and ability to safely use tools ( e.g. shovel). Some tasks require climbing, kneeling, bending, navigating uneven terrain.
