Carpenter Co has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist in Richmond, Virginia. This position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and functions within the Human Resources department. We’re looking for an HR Generalist who brings both heart and precision to the people side of the business. This role supports operations, empowers employees, and ensures that our core HR processes are completed accurately.
