The Techno-Functional Workday Architect serves as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, owning end-to-end solution design across Workday HCM and Integrations. This role combines deep functional knowledge with hands on technical capability to design scalable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Functional Configuration: - Lead solution design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules. - Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations. - Conduct impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes. - Own governance frameworks for access, role rationalization, and audit readiness. - Follow SDLC framework for enhancements and proj...
