Overview Join CCR – Be Part of Our Growth Journey in the UK The Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer balances, reducing overdue receivables, and supporting cash flow optimization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve payment issues efficiently. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices - Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue balances - Recommend credit holds or escalations when necessary support month-end closing activities related to AR and collections - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to address and resolve account concerns - Prepare and distribute aging reports and provide insights on overdue accounts.
