Inside the Role We are seeking a structured, analytical, and execution-focused Continuous Improvement & AI Project Specialist to support DTFS North America transformation initiatives. This role combines continuous improvement, project coordination, and AI enablement across end-to-end financial services processes, including Operations, Risk, Finance, IT and HR for all North America Markets. The Specialist will drive structured project execution while identifying and implementing process optimization and AI-driven improvement opportunities that reduce operating costs, accelerate cycle times, enhance cash flow, and strengthen operational stability.
