Description GENERAL SUMMARY: The Clinical Supervisor, LPN works with the Practice Administrator/Manager to assist with maintaining patient flow and quality care during clinic hours. The Clinical Supervisor, LPN works as part of a health care team including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, front desk, medical records, and medical assistants to provide comprehensive care. Requirements: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Serves as a clinical leader, supervising clinic staff, including Medical Assistants, LPNs and Scribes. - Collaborates with administrative staff and physicians to optimize efficiency of a variety of related services ranging from inpatient care to outpatient follow-up care. - Assists in the supervision of work and performance of clinic staff including input for performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed. - Works collaboratively with clinic staff on programs to improve patient outcomes. - Assists in organizing and participating in quality improvement activities. - Assists with the training of all back-office function positions, and volunteer staff on health education, laboratory, an...
