Job description

Title of Position: Expo Department: Front of House: Reports to: Manager on Duty: Overall Responsibility: Purple Cow Food Expeditors (Expo) are responsible for professionally communicating information between the front of house and back of house, making sure that food is sent to tables in the right order, quickly, and presented to the guest according to the Purple Cow specifications. Expeditors are responsible for the the final presentation of the plate, making sure it is dressed and garnished correctly and free from smudges or spills. Our goal is for all team members to cooperatively work with each other to consistently provide guests with “Outrageous” service.
