About the unit Corewell Lenox EC is a small free-standing Emergency Department and is a part of the Corewell Grosse Pointe Hospital. The Lenox EC is a full-service emergency department, with 24/7 lab and imaging services including CT and Ultrasound, and is equipped to handle all types of emergency’s. There are 8 rooms, including 2 trauma bays, plus 2 triage bays and 5-6 hallway spots. The department is staffed 24/7 with Board Certified Emergency Physicians, in addition to emergency trained mid-level providers, nurses, and technicians. About Lenox Emergency Center: Staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians, the Corewell Emergency Center in Lenox offers the same high-quality, comprehensive emergency care you would expect from other Corewell Health Beaumont locations. The one and only difference is that this center is located right in your neighborhood, not physically connected to a hospital. Close integration and collaboration with Beaumont’s hospitals enables efficient transitions to an inpatient setting if needed.
