What you will be doing: The Payroll Manager oversees accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the organization. This role manages payroll processing, timekeeping, taxes, benefits deductions, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors. The Payroll Manager also leads payroll audits, system enhancements, and staff development. Key Responsibilities: Manage regular, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls with strong controls and accuracy. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Oversee timekeeping, PTO, and attendance data integrity. Support payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end processes, including W‑2s. Administer benefits, 401(k), garnishments, and other deductions.
