Inventory Control Supervisor Employment Status: Full-Time: Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ – Nampa, ID Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flex based on business needs) Reports To: Sr. Manager, Fulfillment Position Overview: The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability across all warehouse operations. This role owns cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and process improvement to maintain best-in-class inventory performance across DTC, Amazon FBA, and Wholesale channels. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving accuracy, reducing shrink, and improving operational visibility. You will lead a team, enforce process discipline, and partner cross-functionally to eliminate inventory discrepancies at the source.
