**Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract** The Business Support Analyst, is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Parts & Services Business Planning team to identify opportunities and move the Parts & Service business forward. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, analyze and distribute various reports based on review of eComposite , Financial Statement Analysis, Webi , Profit/Loss opportunities, national & dealer KPI dashboards ; Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations ; Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information ; Track and support monthly continuous improvement ( PDCA ) activities for SME group and promote important Honda initiatives and agenda to dealer network via dealer bulletin, presentations, or dealer care communications ; Assist with budgeting/vendor invoices and coordinate day to day reporting with our vendors and internal departments across the Customer Service division ; Perform general administrative dut...
