Department: 09122 AMG Suamico - Front End Staff Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with variable coverage based on clinic needs.This position supports Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric providers. Responsibilities include patient check-in/out, scheduling, phone support, and clinic flow assistance. Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 Major Responsibilities: - Greets patients and visitors and responds to routine requests for information. Answers telephone, screens calls, and takes messages. - Registers patients; obtains demographic and insurance information; verifies insurance coverage, collects co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances; posts payments and updates demographic and insurance information. - Schedules patient appointments and coordinates cancellations, reschedules, and additions to schedules.
