Job Details The Sr. Grants Administrator partners with assigned departments to manage post-award research activities while providing exceptional customer service. The role oversees grants administration for a portfolio that includes complex programmatic awards such as Cooperative Agreements, Program Project Grants, and Training Grants. The Sr. Grants Administrator supports Principal Investigators (PIs) by ensuring accurate, timely financial and programmatic information, contributes to training and SOP development, and addresses issues within the assigned portfolio. The position fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and dedication to the research mission, consistent with the values and objectives of the enterprise. Job Description: Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Manages post-award grants for assigned PIs, including monitoring award compliance, analyzing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and coordinating end-of-period activities.
