Job Summary Western Midstream is looking for an Air Quality Permitting and Compliance Representative to join the (WES) Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Team. This position will be based out of The Woodlands, TX. The position will provide air quality permitting and compliance support for our operations in Texas. Qualifications: Responsibilities: - At least 5 years of experience. - Knowledge and experience in the oil and gas midstream sector. - Knowledge and experience with Texas and federal air quality permitting and compliance requirements. - Broad knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental, procedures and regulations as they apply to oil and natural gas operations. - Ability to work with the Operations and Engineering teams in developing and implementing permitting and compliance programs. - Be motivated with the ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities. - Experience with BR&E ProMax simulation software preferred. - Must communicate effectively with Operations and Engineering technical staff, legal counsel, and regulatory agency personnel. - Proficient technical and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Exce...
