Responsibilities: - Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor - Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and ensure a positive community experience - Provide information about the community, services, amenities, and programs to prospective residents and families - Distribute brochures, informational packets, and other marketing materials - Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately - Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families - Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed - Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and general office support - Support community events and resident engagement activities as needed Shift: - Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred - Outstanding communicat...
