Role: The Training Manager is expected to actively evaluate local training system, suggest and implement improvements and share best practices with team manager colleagues in SVP area. Ensure a high level of engagement and well-being in the team; Ensure continuous development of the individual team members via cLEAN@ leadership, high-quality Individual Development Plans (IDP), performance management, training and planning; Motivate, inspire, coach and provide timely feedback in accordance with the NN feedback model; Set direction for, role model, and develop necessary capabilities for team members to be able to live up to the NN Way and local Key Behavioural Indicators (KBls); Coach team members and demonstrate operational excellence in the design and execution of effective, efficient and compliant training, t...
