Payroll Accounting Specialist (International Payroll) This role is ideal for someone who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and takes ownership of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing payroll for international employees in 12 countries and ensure timely payroll funding. Serve as a primary point of contact for international payroll vendors and assist with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution. Review and maintain payroll and employee data for accuracy and compliance. Prepare journal entries and post transactions into the accounting system. Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end closing activities. Support audits and reporting requests by providing accurate payroll and accounting records. Partner with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure smooth processing and timely communication. Qualifications & Skills: 3-5+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail.
