Developmental Specialist - Full Time Pay $18.50 / HOUR: ($19.00 after one year.) The Developmental Specialist serves as an interdisciplinary team member responsible for designing and implementing services. The Developmental Specialist also assumes the primary responsibility for each member on an assigned caseload to coordinate the implementation of the program Service Plan and complete daily data sheets for each individual.
