Clinical Instructor in Speech Pathology - On-Campus Clinic (part-time)

SUMMARY: The Clinic Instructor is responsible for working with the Clinic Director to provide quality clinical services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Clinical responsibilities: - Assist students with providing diagnostic and therapeutic services for the clinic. - Help to maintain a pool of clients for the on-campus clinic. - Conduct evaluations and develop interventions for clinic clients. - Document client and student progress. - Provide family counseling. - Mentor students for the practicum experiences. - Maintain Continuing Education on topics relevant to clinic instruction and clinical services provided. Administrative responsibilities: - Write daily progress reports and semester evaluations for students. - Meet at least weekly with students to discuss progress. - Liaison and coordinate services with outside agencies. - Ensure clinical practices meet all HIPPA and OSHA standards. - Participate in collection of program assessment data. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Position supervises delivery of speech pathology services primarily on campus and potentially via telehealth as needed. Time requirement: Monday/Wednesday...
