We’re looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a high-performing workforce across our organization. This is not a typical recruiting role. You will act as a true partner to the business (challenging hiring assumptions, validating workforce needs, and using data to drive better hiring decisions). You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple locations, supporting a wide range of roles including skilled trades, operations, and corporate functions.
