Chief Compliance Officer Position Overview -: The Chief Compliance Officer is one of the most important roles at Entyre. This is not a maintenance role, and it is not a policy-writing exercise. You will build the compliance function required for Entyre to scale across the U.S. in highly regulated environments — starting with Medicaid-funded caregiver compensation and extending into adjacent programs and healthcare products over time. Your mandate is simple: give the Board and leadership team an unambiguous view of Entyre’s compliance posture, where the company is exposed, and what needs to change. This role reports directly to the Board and is designed to operate with independence, objectivity, and credibility. You will assess risk across the company, surface issues early, and make sure the most important compliance questions are analyzed rigorously and escalated clearly.
