Job Overview Responsibilities include assisting with product completion by adjusting and assembling materials. This is a labor-intensive position that requires careful attention to detail. A Day In The Life: What will help you thrive in this role? - Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, bills of material, or other written instructions or procedures. - Perform heavy manual labor required to manipulate and adjust materials. - Responsible for the quality of the assemblies produced. Perform first piece inspection and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality. - Maintain inventory of product in workstations. - Operate functional area equipment in a safe and efficient manner. - Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and keep the work area neat and clean. - Report any safety problems, hazards, accidents and near misses to management. - Other duties as assigned. - Must wear safety equipment, i.e. safety glasses, work boots, protective gloves, and ear plugs where required. - Able to lift up to 35 pounds – Maximum lifting policy is 35 pounds. - Ability to work in a team environment or individually to conduct product completion. - Ability to st...
