Senior Product Manager, Payments Processing

Job description

We are seeking a highly technical, data‑driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Payment Routing, Intelligence Layer, and Platform Integration capabilities. This role focuses on building the smart infrastructure that powers routing logic, processor selection, failover flows, transaction optimization, and the foundational integration layer that connects to our payment's ecosystem. You will partner closely with Engineering, Payments, Risk, Fraud, Data Science, and Compliance to deliver a platform that maximizes payment success rates, reduces cost, expands reach, and ensures resilience at scale. This is a critical IC role within the Payments Product team focused on deep platform‑level capabilities, not just UI. Product Execution & Platform Ownership: - End-to-end ownership of the Payment Routing Engine and Intelligence Layer - Platform integration layer capabilities (API orchestration, connector framework, abstraction layers) - Routing logic based on cost, performance, user attributes, payment type, geography, and risk signals - Realtime failover and fallback capabilities to drive guaranteed payment completion - Partnering with Engineering to deliver a scalable, resilient,...
