Logan Health is looking for an empathetic PRN Registered Nurse to join our Hematology/Oncology team in Kalispell, MT! In this important position, you will act as a Clinical Care Coordinator for our outpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinic patients. Here's some of what you'll be doing day to day: Serve as the main point of contact for patient needs in the outpatient hematology oncology clinic Provide education to new patients starting chemotherapy or other treatments Coordinate infusion scheduling and treatment-related planning Offer symptom support and field incoming calls to the symptom support clinic Schedule and conduct in-person clinic patient visits for education and symptom management in collaboration with medical providers Help coordinate care for patients needing services in other areas such as Ronan and Libby If you are self- directed and passionate about patient education, we want to hear...
