Job Advert Bank Receptionist Location: Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford: Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract: The role: We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Administration team on a Bank contract. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential. What you will bring: Experience in a front facing or customer service role Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
