Clinical Project Manager

Job description

Requirements: - Meet with Stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project - Allocate Roles and Responsibilites based on individual team members strengths, skill sets and experience levels - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring organization and/or technical feasibility - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track progress/performance and maintain all documentation - Develop data analytics, diagrams and process maps to document as needed - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate concerns to management as needed - Perform risk management and Gap analysis to minimize project and/or tasks at risk - Upon project completion, conduct a lessons learned session to identify areas of weakness, success and make recommnedations - Proven work experience in project management - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills includin...
