We have an excellent opportunity for a Functional Lead – UKG Pro to join the MyTime + MyPay program at Downer. This is a 2-year maximum term contract , with strong potential for extension, supporting a large-scale transformation to simplify and standardise our time-to-pay landscape. In this role, you will bridge business operations and system design, ensuring workforce practices, business requirements, and workforce data are accurately captured and translated into scalable, standardised configuration within UKG Pro. You will play a key role in driving consistency, improving data integrity, and enabling sustainable workforce management practices across the organisation.
