This role is responsible for identifying, developing, facilitating, and managing training programs for employees, partnering with leadership to advance training initiatives, and implementing solutions to enhance staff performance. The manager proactively researches training curricula, creatively designs learning experiences, and implements effective strategies to educate and motivate staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
