The manager proactively researches training curricula, creatively designs learning experiences, and implements effective strategies to educate and motivate staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required. Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) certification or Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and/or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
