Job description

Responsibilities Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Deepens loyalty with existing Ultra High Net Worth clients by anticipating needs and demonstrating expertise to align solutions. Supports strategy planning for a book of business. Model growth opportunities, contribute to business planning activities, and support client account retention. Provides guidance and support to Wealth Management Select Relationship Managers. Assists in the recovery and strengthening of at-risk relationships coaching Relationship Managers to demonstrate empathy and deeply understanding client needs. Develops, implements, and monitors goals and action plans. Reviews team performance and identify trends, suggests improvements, and provides analysis/feedback to Relationship Manager.
