We as a growth oriented market leader invite you to join us on our journey from good to great! We are seeking a stand-alone HR Manager for a maternity leave cover (12+ months) in Melbourne. This is not a background role — you will take full ownership of HR across the business, with one Payroll Officer reporting to you, and report directly to the VP HR APAC (dotted line to the General Manager Australia). About the Role: This is a true generalist HR role with broad scope and real accountability. You will be the go-to HR professional for all people matters, driving operational excellence, compliance, and engagement across the business. You will be responsible for: Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees. Managing employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
