About the role: Our sales reporting infrastructure is currently split across three systems: a manual MQL tracking sheet, a Kommand Center spreadsheet with custom formulas, and our HubSpot/Databox dashboards. Our team has an immediate need for a short term contractor to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the data pipelines that feed executive reporting. Scope of Work: Phase 1: Audit (Week 1-2): Phase 2: Stabilize + Fix (Week 3+) Phase 3: Document + Hand Off - Map all existing reporting systems: HubSpot dashboards, Databox connections, manual sheets, Zapier automations, and any undocumented workflows - Identify what is automated vs. manual, what is broken, and what is redundant - Document the current state in a systems map with owners, data flows, and dependencies - Deliver a gap analysis:...
