Description Field Construction Coordinator - $5k Sign-On Bonus-Transmission Line-Substation We are currently seeking a Field Construction Coordinator to oversee contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. This role will ensure contract compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to design specifications. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects, from simple substation upgrades to the construction of new substations. As a Field Construction Coordinator, you’ll assist in identifying and resolving issues that could impact project success, including design, material, contractor performance, access, and customer issues. Your duties will also involve maintaining project schedules, coordinating field activities, and providing regular updates on construction progress to multiple stakeholders. You’ll work on several projects simultaneously, which may be at different stages of activity. This position requires both office and fieldwork, with responsibilities shifting based on project needs.
