Job Description The Surveillance Department is responsible for observing and reporting activity viewed through the CCTV camera system and live casino observation. This department performs detailed observations, monitors the integrity of casino activity, and uses various casino software programs to prepare gaming evaluations, procedural audits, and concise reports. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, organization and upkeep of all CCTV systems/equipment to include but not limited to: (cameras, monitors, alarms, CCTV switches, digital encoders, servers, raids, network switches, DVRs, wiring, tech centers, satellite locations (including off property), workstations, VMS programming, software updates, firmware updates, virtual machine management and execution, RAID management, Windows Operating System management and Point of Sale management. - Must be knowledgeable in networking infrastructure and programming to include but not limited to; network switches, remote location infrastructure, Xtreme topology and operating, Basic TCP/IP, Single/Multimode fiber, Cat 5/6 cabling and Basic Network Troubleshooting. - Must be knowledgeable in the use of...
