Technical Product Implementation Specialist Hybrid in Wilmington, DE: Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused, solutions-driven Technical Product Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) team. This role is central to the successful design, configuration, and delivery of CSC’s SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management solutions . You will be the primary project lead for clients implementing SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management — translating legal workflows into solution designs, driving adoption, and ensuring successful rollouts that reduce risk and unlock operational value for legal teams. Some of the things you will be doing: Product Implementation & Delivery - Lead end-to-end SOP Pro and Enterprise Legal Management product implementations, including discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. - Translate client business objectives and legal workflows into effective product configurations and implementation plans. - Guide clients through best practices for requirements intake, lifecycle management, reporting, and governance. - Provide client-facing, role-based product training t...
