We offer: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid training: Overtime,: Paid time off: Flexible schedule options,: Responsibilities: Performing minor preventative maintenance as assigned Taking service orders and prioritizing them in a timely manner Interacting on a regular basis with residents and employees of group home Minor appliance repairs/replacing any appliances as needed. Performing minor to moderate level plumbing repairs including replacement/installation as needed. Repairing/replacing light fixtures and performing other minor electrical work Miscellaneous lock repairs: Carpentry tasks such as installing door hardware, hinges, window repair/replacement, and shelving. Preparing vacated rooms for occupancy: Qualifications: Must be 18 yrs of age or older Must have a HS diploma or GED 1-2 yrs of maintenance experience; preferably in a multi-family home setting.
