Job Summary Job Description: Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Integration Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations that support HR business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other integration tools, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, IT teams etc. to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. - Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. - Ensure data integrity and security across all integrations. - Manage integration lifecycle including documentation, testing, deployment, and support. - Stay current with Workday releases and recommend improvements or new features. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and developers.
