Summary: This job is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Cold Room (Day Room) and Vestibule and for ensuring that product meets sizing specifications. There are two plant facilities that make up the Moses Lake Production Campus. The selected candidate for this role will begin their training at one of these facilities and then will be assigned to one of the two locations after training is complete. Key Responsibilities: - The Cold Room Operator, with direction from the Packaging Supervisor, works as a team member with other area personnel in order to support shift goals in the packaging of finished product, which includes tote dumping, length control, frozen waste, sanitation, food safety, and documentation necessary for record keeping. - Must maintain current Powered Industrial Truck (Lift Truck) certificatio...
