Classification Title: Superintendent, Maintenance Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Provide oversight and direction for general and preventative maintenance for carpentry projects in all residential buildings Collaborate on various facility initiatives or facility/campus projects - Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for routine and preventative maintenance on all carpentry projects (e.g. cabinetry, furniture, wooden structures) for all residential buildings - Oversee and coordinate carpentry and millwork operations, including fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of cabinetry, furniture, and structural wood components across residential and tenant-occupied spaces. - Supervise and ensure quality control of production processes, including CNC machine operations, workflow management, and adherence to design specifications, tolerances, and safety standards. - Direct design and technical planning efforts, including field measurements, blueprint interpretation, and use of computer-aided design software to develop and execute cabinetry and millwork pr...
