Description JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Assistant assists with receiving and handling incoming freight for the Bear Tooth, Moose's Tooth, and Eye Tooth restaurants. This role involves managing the secure processing and arrangement of goods, ensuring safe vehicle operation for deliveries, and placing local and online orders. The Assistant also helps with inventory management and seasonal changes for the restaurants. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 10 am - 2 pm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties & Responsibilities: - Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures. - Handle, store, date, and rotate all products and freight properly. - Promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a Manager. - Collect and fill requisition forms daily. - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring all products are adequately stocked. - Oversee the ordering process for supplies and ingredients, ensuring timely delivery to all restaurant locations. - Track order shipments and resolve any issues with vendors or deliveries. - Coordinate the distribution of goods to various restau...
