Job Summary The LPN Graduate works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed healthcare provider to deliver patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. While completing requirements for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the LPN Graduate gains hands-on experience and clinical skills in a supportive healthcare environment. This role focuses on basic nursing care, professional development, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
