POSITION SPECIFICATION: DIVISION: RETAIL | JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER/CO-MANAGER/CDM: REPORTS TO: REGIONAL/DISTRICT/AREA MANAGER: Purpose and Scope: The role of this position is to oversee all aspects of the store business and uphold Shinola’s Brand Values to foster an enriched environment for both team members and guests.
