Job Description: This position is part of the Sustainability Business Unit of Airbus Protect which aims to empower ​ businesses to build a sustainable future. Task description: Assist in the qualification of organic and composite materials for application in aerospace industry Interface with obsolescence management department to find suitable material replacements Perform the link between different design departments to gather necessary engineering requirements to find the best material solutions for a specific application Manage test campaigns, including the reporting of test results Support the digitalization efforts by managing and analyzing large sets of data across different platforms Assist in the development of digital visualization tools and cross platform integration Required qualifications: The work task requires knowledge and skills that are usually acquired through a relevant, completed course of study with a standard period of study of up to 4 years in the area of materials, aerospace, or mechanical engineering, or comparable courses of study.
