Job Summary: The Plumbing Foreman oversees field installation activities for plumbing systems on industrial and commercial construction projects. This role emphasizes productivity, quality, safety, and team leadership. The foreman works closely with project and division managers to ensure timely and compliant installations. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Lead work crews in the plumbing trade. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work. - Monitors the work of employees for adherence to plans and specifications. - Perform Pipe testing and document the necessary paperwork - Read and fully understand Submittals/ Specs/Drawings - Basic understanding of Plumbing equipment/Fixture detail per the contract drawings/Specifications - Understand the function of a Plumbing system.
