Team Manager Delivery – SITS | Traxion As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the performance, development, and culture of multiple teams across our Delivery organization. You will be a trusted leader within the SITS | Traxion (Delivery) leadership team, supporting the Head of Delivery and ensuring high-quality service delivery, employee engagement and client satisfaction within the teams you lead. You will guide teams' delivering both business and technical ( consultancy) services, help translate company strategy into actionable plans, and maintain our standard of operational excellence- all while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous learning. What you'll do as Team Manager- Delivery - Provide daily leadership to multiple teams by monitoring employee and customer happiness , execution quality, productivity, and delivery outcomes. - Coach, mentor, and motivate Team Leads and employees—conducting performance reviews, development discussions, and salary evaluations. - Lead resource planning, capacity management, and recruitment to ensure strong and scalable teams. - Translate corporate vision, policies, and strategic objectives into clear obj...
