Sales Engineer

Role Summary: As a Sales Engineer, and an integral member of the Sub regional Sales Team for Austria-Benelux and CEE, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key customers, our distributor network, customer alliances and keeping Flowserve in line with market trends. You will also develop a keen understanding of Flowserve operations to enhance selling the overall products and services Flowserve’s Valve Division has to offer. Your role: - Drive bookings levels to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings goal - Introduction, promotion, and sales of all Flowserve valve products - Training and management of independent representative and distribution sales force. - Support joint sales calls with contracted Channel partners, and independently in some cases when needed. - Maintain existing accounts and penetrate new targeted accounts to grow Flowserve FCD market share. - Prepare bi-weekly forecasts and maintain FlowForce (Salesforce) CRM database with key accounts, opportunities, and TAR schedules. - Prepare and submit any assigned reports in an accurate and timely manner. - Responsible for organizing monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with all sales cha...
